Bill Schrlau is a running coach specializing in endurance and mental strength coaching. 
As a young runner, he took his competitive nature to run 10k, triathlons, and marathon distances. Bill later pursued ultra-distance running including 30 to 50-mile and 24-hour events.
Bill’s wide range of experience leads him to coach other runners of a variety of skills.  Having spent many hours of life running, talking about running, and socializing with only runners for many years he understands the challenges most of us face with focus, commitment, and balance in life & running. 
His coaching style is a supportive mix of techniques with the occasional humorous story connected to the occasional nudge to help runners keep moving forward.
As a self-taught running coach helping many runners achieve their goals Bill enjoys fitting the program to the individual based on qualitative and quantitative data through a variety of time trials and personal technology systems.   
When Bill is not coaching, he can be found trying to keep up with his children's love for the sport.
